With an increased demand for CS courses, thousands of teachers are transitioning mid-career to ensure their students have access to the foundational skill of the 21st century. Yet very few teachers report that they have adequate opportunities to develop and to collaborate with other teachers so that they feel supported in their ongoing growth.
